Lionel Jr.’s Lowrider does not have enough chrome on it to be part of a lowrider car club. That’s O.K with him, though. Although he loves the lowrider culture, Lionel isn’t about to put that kind of money in to his 1984 Cadillac Eldorado. Lowrider car clubs have been around since the 1960s. Now, with countless car clubs and chapters through out the United States, Canada and the world, ’Lowrider’ is a look in to the lowrider culture in Canada and the search for Canadian female identifying lowriders.
